FAQs: New Ordering Platform, New Options, Better Experience for Your Staff and Parents!

Say goodbye to lost and damaged print packages stuffed into backpacks or forgotten in lockers until the end of the school year. No more paying for photos before you’ve had a chance to view them! Don't like your student's school portrait? No problem—don’t order! It's as simple as that. But let’s be honest, isn't your child adorable? We always strive to capture the best photos of your students and athletes within a limited timeframe, though there are some factors beyond our control. Still, you'll likely want to order eventually! Life changes, memories are made—hold onto those moments.

Sports Photo Ordering: Each sport will have different procedures based on last year’s sales and specific project needs. Starting in Fall 2024, parents may need to pre-purchase a print credit to signal us to photograph your athlete individually. This credit will be applied toward future print orders, ensuring we can deliver our best work for those planning to order.

School Portrait Day:

• For Schools that Provided Email Addresses: Sit back and relax—your beautiful images will be ready soon! Just don’t forget to have your child dressed for photo day.
• District 2 Schools: Please refer to your school’s announcements and PowerSchool pages for details.

If it's been two weeks and you haven’t received an email, check your spam or filters. If still nothing, email us with your school name/event and your student's name at help@collectiveimaging.com. Parents, please allow us up to two weeks to finalize and upload your images for the best results.

Marketing Emails? If you’re tired of receiving marketing emails about discounts or order reminders, simply unsubscribe (you can opt-out by specific photo projects).

Shipping and Orders: All orders are shipped directly to your home—no more deliveries to schools unless it’s something like banners, posters, or yard signs for your sports program, handled by a team parent. Check your mail and feel free to reach out to help@collectiveimaging.com with any questions!

Photo Editing and Customization: Did you know you can crop or zoom in on your photos? Simply click on an image to customize your selections, including poses, backgrounds (for most events), and design templates.
