Please note it’s on a first come first serve basis so be sure to give us school dates as soon as possible.

No more lost and torn up print packages in the backpacks or tossed in the locker until the school year is over. No more paying without viewing your photos first! Don't like the school portrait images? Don't order! Simple! Why state that? Isn't your student cute? Of course! We try our best to deliver great images of your students and athletes in a short window of time! Some circumstances we cannot control. However, you will want to order at some point! Life changes, memories are made, so hold onto these moments.
Sports Photo Ordering:
Each school sport will have different steps required based on project and previous year's sales. This might mean you as a parent will have to purchase in advance a print credit to notify us to photograph your athlete individually starting in the Fall of 2024. We want to do our best work for the ones who plan to order in the future! The print credit goes towards your future print order.
School Portrait Day is Here:
*If your school provided us with email addresses then you can sit back and relax until we work together your beautiful images! Just don't forget to dress your student up for photo day!

It's been two weeks and still haven't received an email! Check your spam folders, filters, and/or email us your school name/event with your student's name to help@collectiveimaging.com. Parents: Please give our studio two weeks to wrap up and upload your images for best results.
I hate these emails that are marketing to me about discount or reminders to order! Just unsubscribe (it will turn off by photo project).
Orders will ship to home. Report any issues! Please give us a week or two to upload your events (if it's for fall individuals be sure to watch your school's announcement for when images are uploaded into your online albums for your review and ordering. Did you know you can crop/zoom into your images by clicking into the image? Choose your poses, backgrounds (on most events), select design templates, and crop your images. Email us at help@collectiveimaging.com for your students/athletes ordering information.
Where is my order? It shipped to your home address! It's no longer going to the school unless it's something like banners, posters, or yard signs your team special ordered through a team parent leading the way for your sports program. So check your mail and email us at help@collectiveimaging.com with questions! We would love to connect and chat about banners and yard signs!

Background Options: Provides digital background artwork to qualifying sport's teams. Be sure to ask about this product before booking services for your school's team sports!
